Blake Shelton to Perform with Shakira on ACM Awards

Blake Shelton will join Shakira for a performance of her single “Medicine” on the ACM Awards. Co-hosted by Blake and Luke Bryan, the 49th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards will air live from Las Vegas on Sunday, April 6 at 8/7c.

Previously announced performers include Miranda Lambert and George Strait, who will perform a tribute medley in honor of Merle Haggard’s 50 years in country music, Hunter Hayes, Luke Bryan, Florida Georgia Line,  Jason Aldean, Eric Church, Brett Eldredge, Toby Keith, Justin Moore, Kip Moore, Keith Urban, and Lady Antebellum with legendary musician Stevie Nicks. The Band Perry will open the show with a performance of their new single, “Chainsaw.” Additional acts and presenters will be announced in the coming week.
