Blue Sky Riders will release their full-length debut album, Finally Home, on January 29. The group is comprised of Kenny Loggins, Nashville songwriter Georgia Middleman and award-winning songwriter Gary Burr. Ahead of the release, they will perform two dates at the Sundance Festival on January 18.

Additionally the trio have been invited to perform at the kickoff event of U.S. Senator Al Franken’s re-election campaign in Washington, DC. On January 24, they will perform on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and then return to Nashville to play the Grand Ole Opry on February 1 and 3rd & Lindsley on February 2.

The trio was formed when Kenny and Gary began writing together. Their chemistry inspired them to ‘get back on the horse’ and start a band. Kenny was looking to add a third female voice and Gary suggested Georgia. She quickly accepted the invitation and Blue Sky Riders was formed.

Finally Home follows up 2011’s Live At The Rutledge EP and merges rock, pop, and country sounds into a collection of 15 songs. Select singles from Finally Home can be purchase on iTunes and including “Dream,” to introduce fans to the new music, followed by “Feelin’ Brave” which was launched in conjunction with their Portraits of Bravery social media campaign which was created in support of veterans and their families as they readjust to domestic life in the United States.
