Tim McGraw’s latest single, “One of Those Nights,” is about the memorable nights people look back on later in life. As Tim has gotten older, his definition of that has changed. Instead of wild outings with the guys, he looks back on a recent Sunday night spent at home with wife Faith Hill and their daughters.

“It’s sort of our Sunday ritual now,” he said. “We were watching Downton Abbey believe it or not. It was a pretty sad episode so we were all crying. I was sitting there thinking, ‘This is pretty cool that I could sit here with my girls and watch a show like this.’ It’s something that we all look forward to.”

As Tim’s daughters get older, they’re getting closer to leaving home. Tim values the time he’s able to spend with them now. “It was just a cool moment to sit back there and see all my daughters,” he said. “They’re growing up and [they’re] teenagers watching this show. It was just a nice night.”

Tim’s new album, Two Lanes of Freedom, hit stores February 5 and debuted atop the Billboard Country Albums chart. He will kick off his Two Lanes of Freedom Tour in Birmingham, Alabama on May 2.
